Born in South Dakota, Billie was deeply rooted in Winona, MN. She attended Madison Elementary, Winona Senior High School and graduated from Winona State University and SE Technical College. She was the youngest of three sisters (Arlys and Debbie). Billie met the love of her life Mike and was married in 1995 for nearly 30 years. She was proud of her family which includes Sam and Camery. Billie was a strong believer of Jesus Christ and all His glory. Billie ran a daycare business for over 20 years and was proud of the dozens of kids she touched. Billie lit up a room with her laughter and was always the life of the party. She will always be remembered. Rest in Peace Billie Jo
